Dwayne George of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) and Kelvin Shugy Simon of the United Progressive Party (UPP) were officially nominated for the upcoming St. Mary’s South by-elections on October 24th, with both candidates experiencing significant support from their respective followers.
