The project will deliver a modern, world-class campus expansion featuring academic facilities, student accommodation, and a state-of-the-art indoor sports complex, supported by critical civil infrastructure designed to serve both current and future phases of development.
The Government has successfully secured international financing through the Saudi Fund for Development, underscoring global confidence in Antigua and Barbuda’s vision and leadership. This initiative will not only enhance tertiary education opportunities for citizens but also generate employment, stimulate economic activity, and strengthen the nation’s long-term competitiveness.
The Ministry of Works has issued an invitation to tender for construction works. Importantly, the call for qualified contractors signals the transition from planning to execution, demonstrating the Government’s focus on delivery, accountability, and timely implementation.
