  1. Great initiative. Will open the eyes of many of our young people. When Antigua diverted from sugar into the tourism industry the workforce was not trained, and all executive positions were occupied by expats. All we were able to supply were housekeepers and gardeners. But these days we have our people qualified to be general managers, cfo, chefs and many other management positions. And they are claiming these positions slowly but surely. I remember an article on this website where a Sandals employee started as a housekeeper and now was a Butler. The highest rank in that industry. Our young people need to understand that these possibilities exist in this industry.
