ABEC chairman wants boundaries commission to avoid past mistakes

The chairman of the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC) does not wish for a recurrence of the boundaries debacle in 2013 as speculation is rife that an early elation might be called.

Nathaniel “Paddy James”, speaking to Antigua News Room’s (ANR) Carl Joseph said changing boundaries is a lengthy process.
