Another large consignment found but it not addressed to nobody? No tracker could be placed on it for the person/persons who either cleared or removed it to be able to be found and thus charged?
I seem to recall a news item from another island where the perpetrators were charged after proper investigation so that the news article could have named them all. What happen here?
Again? This sounds like organized crime. Is this how guns and ammunition reach our shores. Somebody is definitely asleep on the job.
Can someone please tell me if the story ended like this “Further investgations are ongoing into the matter.” Since I didn’t read to the end and I know how these seizures go. Nutten tarl ah go come out ah um.
Faithful National #1 it can’t be organized crime, they ship much more weight than that, must be a small time Antiguan. Real smugglers aren’t going to risk going to jail for 75,000 dollars worth of weed. Get real yah big DUMMY….
Does this mean a passenger brought it in, or it is a conspiracy with the cargo staff to hide it there, and remove it at a later date? Enquiring minds want to know!
At what point does Marijuana becomes drugs? The hypocrisy is extremely vigilant. Rasfreeman sagifu camp mike tyson camp have license to grow as much Marijuana AKA “DRUGS” as they can grow. 14 grams is allowed to move around with. GROW ANTIGUA have a GATES in heritage Quay. The reality is this is not really about the plant. ITS ABOUT WHERE THE WEALTH IS GOING FROM THIS BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY.
The billion dollar Hemp Industry is in need, of better policies, to structure the Industry whereby #ALL who’re a part of it benefits, positively.
Due to [demand] the supply will be forthcoming, by any and ALL MEANS.
These low level busts are for statistical appeasement, in regards to governments and their hypocrisies when it comes to this billion dollar Industry.
The yachting industry, the private jet industry with their various ports of entry is a gateway for the illegal drug industry into the Nation; yet, when was the last time have we read about drug busts at these ports of entry?
Plenty still pass through just gotta know who to pay or screw…
