Two women and three men, all Barbadians, died from COVID-19 on Tuesday, November 16.
Four of them passed away while at the Harrison’s Point Isolation Facility – three men, aged 58, 75 and 77, and a 64-year-old woman.
An 89-year-old woman also died at the Blackman and Gollop Isolation Facility. They were all unvaccinated.
Their deaths bring the number of people who have died from the virus to 204.
Acting Minister of Health and Wellness, Senator Dr. Jerome Walcott, has extended condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

How many more people have to die before those unvaccinated fools realize that the Covid vaccines save lives.
I’m sure if they roll up their sleeves they’ll se the mark of the vaccine they’ve received when their parents took them to be vaccinated hence they’re alive.
This virus has taken the lives of over FIVE MILLION PEOPLE WORLDWIDE. What are they waiting for? They’re adding daily to this statistic. Even though we all have to die we do have a purpose for living. Jesus died so we can live and serve Him.
I’m appealing to them to choose life. Get vaccinated and seek Christ.
Religious customs are turning people away from seeking Jesus. The Bible says that religious customs make the word of God to no effect. Seeking Jesus is so easy and simple. Take the jab and seek Him.
