40 years. He went to the top almost 3-4 years ago and still stagnation in the force no vision, no unique. Uniform cant be changed up to now. The same tactics for fighting crime. While the criminals of this time have been improving the police using same old tactics. Best thing that ever happened to that force is Mr. Robinson although he had his ways, CHANGE WAS COMING TO THE FORCE. You should be ashame mr rodney
