4 new cases of COVID

(Dashboard Update for November 16, 2021)

The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment revealed four (4) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Monday 15th November 2021 at 6pm.

Sixty-seven (67) samples were processed.

One(1) recovered case was recorded increasing the total to three thousand nine hundred and sixty (3,960).

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is four thousand one hundred and twenty-nine (4,129); which is inclusive of sixty-one(61) active cases. There are eleven (11) hospitalized cases; seven (7) mild, two (2) moderate and two (2) severe.

Meanwhile, Antigua and Barbuda has fully vaccinated fifty four thousand two hundred and twenty-one (54,221) individuals while five thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven (5,867) have only received their first dose.

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.

    As predicted the dash board is on course to zero by the start of the tourist season…

    When I made that prediction many doubted and was running scared because of the increasing numbers.

    As the tourism season draws near it will be zero zero zero.

    Where did the high rate of infection
