The WOW Factor Awards 2025 has announced 34 finalists across 10 categories, recognising excellence in customer service across Antigua and Barbuda.
The event, organised by iRise Management, has expanded significantly since its debut in 2024, growing from four to ten categories, including Sports & Education, Entrepreneurship, Health & Wellness, Financial Services, Hospitality & Tourism, Public Sector, Law Enforcement, Transportation, IT & Entertainment, Manufacturing, and Food & Beverage.
Finalists include Karil Knight of the National Training Agency (Sports & Education), Shallamar-Ann Williams of Shally’s Balloons Plus (Entrepreneurship), Danielle Charles of ECAB (Financial Services), and Karen Grenado-Wong of Sandals Antigua (Hospitality & Tourism).
The awards were created by customer service trainer Orena David-Charles to highlight “unsung heroes” who deliver exceptional customer care.
Public voting opens on 8 September and closes on 26 September at wowfactor.app. Winners will be announced at a ceremony later this year.
