3 new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda

(Dashboard Update for December 11, 2021)

The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment revealed three (3) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Wednesday 8th December 2021 at 6pm.
Eighty-seven (87) samples were processed.
Eight (8) recovered cases were recorded increasing the total to four thousand and thirty-three (4,033)
Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is four thousand one hundred and sixty-two (4,162); which is inclusive of twelve (12) active cases. There are no hospitalized cases.
Meanwhile, Antigua and Barbuda has fully vaccinated fifty seven thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight (57,888) individuals while four thousand and thirty-three (4,033) have only received their first dose.

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.

  1. Still no hospitalisations at present, which is always a good sign, and hopefully other serious life-threatening symptoms like cancers, strokes and heart attacks can be seen as a priority as well …
