28 new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda

(Dashboard Update for April 20, 2022)

 

The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment revealed twenty-eight (28) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Saturday 16th April, 2022 at 6pm.

 

One (1) case was recorded on April 14th, twenty-five (25) on April 15th and two (2) on April 16th.

 

One hundred and sixty-seven (167) samples were processed.

 

Ten (10) recovered cases were recorded.

 

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is seven thousand five hundred and sixty-seven (7,567); which is inclusive of forty-five (45) active cases.

 

There are no hospitalized cases.

 

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.

    • Good article, but also supports vaccination for risk groups… that’s how we all basically went thru this. Governments allover the world made tremendous mistakes…useless lockdowns; contact tracing etc school closures all bs that didn’t work !

Wait until after political campaigning get in full swing and then Carnival or the other way around. I am stocking up on sanitizers and mask again and looking forward to take my 4th shot.
