Zamoni Martin, one of Antigua’s rising soca stars, has officially kicked-off his “Sanctify” Tour at London’s largest gathering of British West Indians this past weekend. The Notting Hill Carnival which took place in Kensington attracts over two and a half million people annually and is one of the world’s largest street festivals and gatherings in Black British culture.
Just off the heels of carnival, where he competed at the Party Monarch Finals with his powerful single “Sanctify, Zamoni took to the streets of London, proudly representing Antigua and Barbuda where he performed and made appearances at over eight fetes and events to include Island Mas, Strictly Soca, Wotless, Dreamland, Socalicious, Hello Carnival and Silent J-ouvert, the first of its kind for carnival 2019.
