This country has about 100,000 residents why are these criminals committing all those crimes so frequently?
The answer is they are not afraid! They are not afraid of being Ratted upon. We as law abiding citizens are failing to do our civic duties as citizens. We see, know and suspect people involved in crime but we are not the victims or potential victims, so we say nothing. Oh! Then we blame government and police for the state of our communities. It’s time WE ALL PUT OUR HANDS AND EYES TO THE FIGHT AGAINST THOSE CRIMINALS who now feel so protected from prosecution by our SILENCE.
