Antiguan recording artiste Lennard ‘Young Lyrics’ Henry is on the lips of many with his latest release ‘Erupt’ which is a dance hall flavored song he recently released from his catalog.
The artiste who is widely popular for his melodic soca releases has shifted gears showcasing his versatility with the release of this catchy crossover tune.
“I wanted to give my fans something new and fresh as I am an artiste who doesn’t place myself inside a box. I love all genres of music and being able to flex my creativity and showcase that I am more than soca is exactly what my aim was with this release” Lennard said.
‘Erupt’ was produced by Antiguan producer Tadj Martin of Kush Heights Studios who said, “working on the project was a creative journey and I can feel the passion and artistry of Young Lyrics on the track.”
The song has been in rotation on several radio stations since its release and it has been receiving favorable airplay currently. It is also available for streaming on all major music streaming services.
“The song has been doing well especially on audio Mack where I was able to garner over 2,400+ streams in the first week of the release” the ‘Before We Leave’ singer added.
This is the artiste first release for 2022 and he confirmed that there is more music including soca songs set for release in the upcoming months.
The 24-year-old singer shot to the spotlight back in 2019 with his popular ‘Before We Leave’ track that is still a fan favorite to date. In 2021 we saw additional successful releases with ‘Kiss’, ‘Outside’ featuring Deejay Quest and ‘Wildout’ which was a joint effort with singer-songwriter Leon Norville.
