All Saints Man Remanded on Firearms and Ammunition Charges
A 31-year-old man from All Saints has been remanded after appearing before Magistrate Andrew Mighty on multiple firearms and ammunition charges.
Xavier Alexis Davis was charged following a CID Task Force operation in the Mack Pond area on Monday night. He faces six counts, including possession of two 9mm pistols — a Canik Mete MC9 and a Glock 43X — along with a 30-round magazine, a 12-round magazine, ninety-three 9mm rounds and one .25 round of ammunition.
Defense attorney Wendel Alexander requested disclosure of the police file. The matter was adjourned to March 25, with Davis remaining on remand.
