That area seems to be a hotbed for criminal activity. Perhaps cameras placed in strategic places along that stretch with infra red lens could help to nab some of these criminals.
The male who laughed is a auntie man
So individuals stood by and laugh? A male to be exact? What a pu***
@MindYuhBusiness, wah you REALLY and TRULY min want the man for do? Intervene and lose he life?
This has become the norm. and it’s extremely sad that persons can’t get around without the fear of being shot, attacked, robbed etc.
You’re not safe walking, riding a bike or even in a vehicle.
For the individual who laughed at the young lady remember that the world is round. If not you, it may hit home.
This guy who laughed haffu be one renking puss*****
I mean, no one is sending you to be a hero but you stood there and laugh? Careful you naa next
The government should get solar powered streetlight with camera combination out of china to replace all existing streetlights system and help the police and government solve crime.
Is not what say is who say according to Paddy Simon.
Why are we changing our country’s image to that of a crime zone. Let us fill our hearts with love. And turn from criminal activities.
So your telling me, none of the bystanders could video this crime. I’m sure if it was something else it would be all over the internet 🙄 Shame on you.
“I’ve said this many times before, this is the type of Antigua that the people want. Every action has a reaction, and it’s time we start using less jokes on social media, fight law enforcement less, and stop making everything about politics! This country belongs to the people, but we’re too blind to see that we’re the fuel behind the chaos in the making. Every day, we sit and post without any real knowledge or sense, demoralizing the people who risk their lives to help and lifting up the criminals who will, at some point, bring all hell to our doorstep! As always, it’s only a problem when it hits home.”
When is the Police Commissioner Everton Jeffers; the Attorney General; and the Prime Minister Gaston Browne going to react in the strongest terms possible to curtail this crime wave that the rest of us are very concerned about?
Actually, there silence is rather telling …
This could be the beginning of the end for the lot of them.
Antiguans demand action now!
The answers to crime in Antigua by many who comments on this forum, are, why would you want to walk early the morning, why would you want to carry cash on you, why would you want to go to the ATM at a certain time, why wouldn’t you have security cameras around your house?
Blah blah blah..well if that’s the case, people shouldn’t even live in Antigua then.
Blaming the victims instead of finding solutions to police these criminals.
Don’t y’all know the criminals know the weak stance this government have on crime?
I just hate when people say stop making everything about politics, politics is involved in every aspect of our lives. Politics and politicians dictate how we live not just here but all over the world, you people better wake up to that reality fast
These things have become like the norm nowadays. It is regrettable that persons witnessed what was happening but failed to intervene. The truth is though, people are afraid to get involved in matters such as this fearing they would become victims of gunshot or other things. I hate to admit it but Antigua is not a safe place and it is just by the Grace of God that some of us make it through the day untouched and unhurt.
Another classic day in blackiekistan
This new wave of criminals are encouraged y the statement that was given by the Prime Minister. He boldly directed them to discard the illegal guns after they would’ve used them to shoot or kill anyone. Does he even know what AMNESTY means? How could he be calling for the ‘gun men’ to surrender their firearms and at the same time, asking them to give law enforcement the middle finger! If he weren’t in politics, I swear he would be one of ‘THOSE’.
