A key witness in the Nigel Christian murder trial resumed testimony Tuesday, telling the court that one of the accused was angered over what he considered an unfair share of the alleged payment for the killing.
The witness said Lasean Bully was upset after receiving $5,000, the same amount paid to Wayne Thomas, while Saleim Harrigan took the remainder. He also identified a photograph shown in court as Christian’s home.
Building on earlier testimony, the witness previously told jurors the men said they “got a job from somebody to kill the guy.” He recounted driving the three accused on July 10, 2020, dropping them at Christian’s McKinnons home, witnessing the abduction and later discovering Christian’s bullet-riddled body in the Thibou’s area.
The witness further testified that Bully later admitted shooting Christian in the face and upper body, and that Thomas claimed to have Christian’s firearm.
Bully, of Cashew Hill, Thomas, of Hatton, and Harrigan, of Greenbay, have all pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors have listed more than 50 witnesses in the trial, which is expected to last about six weeks.

Please reveal the person who paid that sum to get rid of Christian. What did Christian know.Were there secret operations going on at Customs? Was a business person involved in this matter.I do hope it all comes to light fast.
All I know the person or persons who ordered the hit must (and I mean MUST in capitals) be identified and also brought to trial or there can be no end to this affair. This is going to let us know the type of justice system we really have and whether certain people are above the law. Remember the witness said someone ordered the hit, they must be forced to talk or we hang them period
A prominent Antiguan National who went to the United States a couple of years previously, told the Antiguan gathering at a town hall meeting that Nigel Christian wasn’t clean and that the persons who were condemning his death had profited from his actions. What does this person know and what is his involvement? Is he the person with the purse or does he even know the purse man? The investigators should have already cracked some nuts to get the truth.

@RAWLSTON POMPEY what happens if the defendants attorney’s turn the tables on this star witness and have their clients pointing the finger at him for been the one who ordered the hit since he seems to know all the details from the planning to the execution, but ended up cutting a deal with the prosecution team? Then what? Remember just place some form of doubt in the jurors mind. Is some looking for an acquittal to protect the real perps?
