The West Indies Oil Company (WIOC) has postponed its Annual General Meeting, originally set for Thursday, October 9, 2025, as Antigua and Barbuda remains under a Tropical Storm Watch.
The decision follows advice from the Director of the Antigua and Barbuda Meteorological Service. WIOC said the new date would be set after consultation with the board chairman. Management cited staff and stakeholder safety as the reason for the delay and promised further updates once conditions improve.
