  1. And Rodney says it not escalating. Hope all turns out well for the injured. It’s like Gaston Browne banging his chest about no homicide and boom. Someone is killed.
I tell you, Antigua and Barbuda needs a deep cleansing from top to bottom starting with the cabinet.

  2. Please let us not tie the police their hands. Let them do what they must do. The ends will justify the means. We need to nip it in the bud before we turn into a Haiti.

  3. People, you know why flying is so much safer these days? It’s because the USA rounded up the terrorist and out them in prison on Guantanamo Bay. And anytime one raises his head they will send a drone to take him out. With the collateral damage that comes with it. But people will never be grateful knowing what is done to keep them safe. Infact. They will condemn the USA for that.
Therefore, we need to let the police do what they need to do to keep us safe. Yes, there should be oversight, to make sure they stay within limits. But we need to fight fire with fire. And steel with steel. These punks need to be taught a lesson. Crime will not pay. Robbing a man/woman of their honest earned living is not acceptable. Go and work for your own.

A…law enforcement is way behind the criminals from the halls of Parliament to the coke/prostitution dens on Popehead Streets to the #Next_Level Generational Gangsters who Law Enforcement is a part of the problem.

B…the “CASH FOR GUNS” is laughable. It won’t work. The GANGS have being armed and entrenched in their Communities, since, the 1990’s. Weren’t law enforcement paying attention, to what was happening in Point/Villa, Grays Farm, Green Bay and around St. John’s? Did law enforcement thought, this thuggish behavior/garrison style living was gonna stay in the Ghetto(state of mind) only?

C…The CRIME FIGHTING ACTION PLAN has to include ALL of the players in the CRIME SYNDICATE in Antigua, Barbuda & REDONDA. The Crime Syndicate is managed, by those in purported upper echelon of the Nation. These thugs on the street are simply, the pawns, in the CRIME GAME.

Until and unless CRIME is addressed from all angles from again, the halls of Parliament to the prostitution/come dens to the custom officers on the take to the business owners who own their own port of entry/private customs, then neither gun use nor crime will be on the decline.

    • I’m in support of what you’ve stated; ‘let the police do their work, so, LET THE POLICE DO THEIR WORK, in the Nigel Christian murder investigation and the attempted murder of Cornell Benjamin .

  4. What has become of stop and search, is it no longer on the agenda, as far as I see, I don’t see the police patrolling the streets only when it’s an event; this crime is getting out of control, every hands that shed innocent blood will have a hefty price to pay on the day of judgement. Can we not live in peace.
