The Hispanic community is mourning the sudden death of Welvin De La Cruz, a long-time resident of Villa.
His sister, Kirsy, discovered him unresponsive in his bedroom on 6 August after hearing unusual sounds coming from the room.
Police have launched an investigation to determine the cause of death.

Well a broken leg that has a cast on too tight could cause a blood clot.. I know someone that had a cast on too tight and they got a stroke from that ..

Broken leg can cause DVT or blood clot which can cause pulmonary embolism or stroke and a whole plethora of complications
