WATCH: Senior Counsel Astaphan Says Court Ruling Against Barbuda Council May Not Go to Privy Council

There lies the bubble of the whole matter! Just listening to Mr Astaphan makes you realize that something wasn’t right with the whole memorandum of agreement to begin with! Wasn’t it Author Nibbs the minister at that time?🤔🤔

If it’s a strong case, why not go to the Privy Council? Sounds like they’re giving up.

If they choose not to appeal, does this set a precedent for future cases?

I wonder if this decision was political or purely legal?
