    A…the landfill/garbage disposal area is in need of proper demarcation, fenced with such things as SUPER SILT FENCES, leaching/leachate ponds, swailed into leaching fields.

    B…the landfill should only have ONE MAIN GATE for entrance and exit with scales to calculate the waste(s).

    C…the landfill should be sectioned off, categorized with clear signs and officers to direct drivers where they must go to dump their waste.

    From both videos, it’s apparent, that the area is used for a free for all dumping with no guidance to regulate the dumping.

    Again, what this whole debacle has proven is that, PPP – Piss Poor Planning and PPM – Piss Poor Management continue to plague the long term infrastructural planning and development, of a Powerhouse Nation, well wanna be powerhouse Nation. Just more reactionary, emotional, ad hoc solutions by those charged with the management, of the people’s affairs.
