  1. Don’t let this intimidating tactic perturb you your Most Honourable Harold Lovell. As opposition leader you have the absolute right to oppose on behalf of the country.

    Litigation instead of harmony seems to be the order of the day. Also in the run-up to the seasonal holidays didn’t Prime Minister Browne tell the country (and I’m paraphrasing here) to unify for the good of the country?

    Just imagine if all the leaders around the world were suing their opposition opponents; there would be chaos when their focus should be on other important matters like the lack of housing and rising costs of living?

    wouldn’t life be a lot better than it is today without all this unpalatable Litigation?

    Politicians today, have taken their eyes off their electorates ongoing issues. It’s so nauseating!

    Instead, disharmony and division continues in our political arena as well as country.

    What he needs to learn is that perception needs a lot of bleach to wipe it clean.
    Just suing one or two will not change how the people perceive you.

  11. As a lawyer Lovell should know how to walk the thin line of defamation. He had pledge to represent Queen Ivena pro-bona. Since she has been sued she cannot even come back to sing in the Calypso Arena.
    Lovell I hope your friend Chaku Waku will help you with your legal fees. But you know the PM doesn’t bluff. Do not tarnish the man’s Character. Joan and Croif will soon find out too. Legal Fees not cheap. Winston Derrick use to tell them after having had to defend and pay so many defamation suit that he won’t be letting anyone use his radio station to defame anyone.

  13. @Less We Forget Antiguans & Barbudans should bring a class action lawsuit against the Gaston Browne Cabinet for lying to them about giving them water all day every day for the past 10 years.
    Anyway the Alfa Nero Saga is now in the High Courts, again in Antigua, since the Federal Courts have given Yulia lawyers more latitude on the discovery process. As you can see, the Hesse is about to lose his diplomatic immunity, therefore to save his ass and his shell company from having its assets frozen he’s already snitching like a female dog. Additionally, they’re still going through the files on the CEO of WIOC electronic devices, so watch for more motions in the Caribbean Courts probably all the way to the Privy Council, and of course the US Federal Courts. Shango says they haven’t even began their filings in places like Dubai and Russia as of yet.
    Are the people of Antigua & Barbuda still paying Gaston and his cohorts legal fees? Maybe you should pay them by yourself.
