Prime Minister Gaston Browne issued a warning to criminals today.
He said:
Several years ago, I warned these thieves, robbers and criminals who are “hotting up” the place to do something constructive with their lives. In the unlikely event that you can’t find any meaningful work; “bun coal,” raise some animals, pigs, goats, chicken, or grow some crops.
Crime and violence will not pay and those who persist in crime and violence will surely pay.
A word to these thieves and criminal elements is sufficient.

What is the problem??? Their know are safe if they get caught, the better kick a.. government prosecutors…are in a higher demand, the rest ( a win,win situation )…so?
Just the other way, everyone on this platform, well almost everyone, was saying trespassing, and larceny/theft was not important to take seriously by the property owner, community and police. That was truly a dunce and uncaring thing to say.
We must understand the people that commit the minor crimes are also responsible for some of the major ones.
Crimes should be taken seriously. I am not saying everyone should be charged but criminals should know we know who they are.
