Repeat Offender Faces Deportation from Antigua and Barbuda
A 38-year-old man from St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Kemanie Curtis Spencer, is set to be deported after unlawfully re-entering Antigua and Barbuda.
Spencer appeared before Senior Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel on Wednesday, charged with disembarking a vessel without permission and returning after a previous deportation.
He is being held at the Immigration Detention Centre and is scheduled to be deported on Thursday.

Antigua and Barbuda, like all civilized societies everywhere, included those neighbours in CARICOM operate under a system of laws which, if contravened, result in reprimand comensurate with the offense/committed. How could someone be so daft as to query the rights or fairness of any Caribbean state to order the deportation of any and all NON-NATIONALS who disrespect its laws and conventions? There is no such category as ‘CARICOM NATIONAL!’ for obvious reasons.

A lot of them come into Antigua and Barbuda by boat. Some even joined the police force, too. The Homeland Border Security system is very poor. Anyone can come and go by boat. He will be back into the country in less than a month once deported.
