All hocaine peddlers should automatically receive a minimum sentence of five (5) years imprisonment fior creating problems we are ill-equipped to correct effectively. Repeat offenders should have their sentences doubled for recurrence. Hope that the police are trained, equipped and willing/ready to deal with the whole slew of designer drugs/ opioids usually consumed by the rich and famous and their stupid Antiguan/Barbudan wannabes. Word on the street suggests these are more prevalent, easily accessible though more costly and more excused because of the social backgrounds of their addicts. Antiguan families pay close attention.
