4. @ eldread, I totally agree with you but most of antiguans accept things just the way they are.. look at the broken glass on the bus stops, while people actually sitting across from broken glass waiting for the bus someone just moved the Glass over to other side .. 7. @ complaining garrot: the solar streetlight batteries been stolen was APUA negligence or incompetence, they mounted the solar lights photographically as seen, the engineers did not go out in the field and apply any engineering or ingenuity on the streetlights from vandalism, so it was leave up to the linesman to just apply his skills, even all the concrete base was unnecessary and just provided monies for contractors and concrete which was unnecessary because their is a helix anchors that could be screwed into the ground by the APUA digger derrick truck to instantly mount the streetlights more quickly and cost effective. the heights of the batteries was set for develop countries and highway where the country never sleeps so to steal the batteries it would be impossible. And the second thing they did not implement any maintenance and security of these solar lamps by removing the solar panel during the storms as you may notice a lot of them up the airport side had the solar panels blown off during the freak storm, and note well that all other Caribbean country that got the same solar streetlights relocated the batteries to the top of the pole out of reach of vandalism and theft, tell me who could be so stupid to put the batteries affix to the poles at 10 ft high in the Caribbean where our doors and windows are closed from 7 pm in the night? Some people are even tall as 6 ft 8 inches, and can out stretch their arms and touch the battery box on the street lights poles, if they had put them at the top and replace the bolts with special anti theft bolts they would not be able to steal the batteries, and it will require them to move around with some very long ladders that require conspicuous vehicles that would be obvious.
   Then I want them to get the solar power streetlight with camera combination. And it’s a more ergonomic one that is all in one self compact, so during storms you remove one thing that is complete with solar panel and batteries.

8. I have two dogs at home they don’t watch no face , especially my lil bit she would bite her owner then turn around and lick the spot showing she is sorry after . One has to train those dogs. I wouldn’t want to have a dog like that then again it’s not the dog falt.
