A screen grab of a video shared on social media by US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth of the moment a boat was blown up off the Coast of Venezuela on Friday

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced today that U.S. forces struck a narco-trafficking vessel off Venezuela, killing four alleged “narco-terrorists.” The strike comes as roughly 4,500 U.S. troops — including units currently stationed on St. Croix — operate across the region as part of the administration’s counter-narcotics posture. 1. Pure SICKNESS from our Lunatic of a President…wanna be Dictator. As an American who loves her country, all I can say is voted Blue ever time, and I’m so sorry. 😢 🙏💯🇺🇸

  2. It’s a sad and depressing time to be living in a world where people sympathize more with the criminal. Well done Mr President… Well done…. Tek dem out !!

  3. Disbelief because the president of America is evil

  4. Guys just ask yourself
Those type of boat are ridiculous expensive. Whoever visit any marina and ask of How much those type of boat cost, you will realize no fisherman can have one, they are not even for fishing purpose.
Why we don’t see a denounce of some some “Poor fisherman family” being killed while working catching Snapper or Tuna in the Atlantic ocean? Come on, fast boat in that water far far away from Turistic areas is being know is doing or Human/Drugs smuggling

  5. So if this boat was participating in human trafficking, who is responsible for killing the victims of trafficking? So their fate was worse than being trafficked? Wherever the boat would have ended up, the victims would have a chance to escape? They didn’t have a chance in the presence of the military ship’s weapons. Where is the evidence that they were carrying drugs? Since when can we trust the USA without hard evidence? Give me a break!!!!

  6. I guarantee they have these same fast boats in the BVI and VI doing their thing and in many other countries across the south coast, but none of this complete destruction is occurring.
This is what you called showing your muscles and power on the weakest region of the world and don’t have to answer to anyone. This is not about drugs and by the way do they have special zoomed up lenses powerful enough to depict drugs hidden below on a speeding vessel?
You continue to show images of these vessels completely destroyed, leaving no evidence of actual drugs for the world to see and although you have the resources and skills to easily capture these vessel you instead continue to bomb and killed as if you’re are being attacked. I wonder if anything like this is happening across the Keys and Miami waters.

  7. For those of you who support this type of action, this is against international law. Taking this governments “word for it” is quite dangerous. Soon you will be classified a something or the other they will kill you without due process. Mark my words.

  8. Is there evidence that the ship was carrying drugs? Or is it that America just wanted to flex their muscle ? I’m very suspicious 🤔

  9. Guys. Did you know when you purchase a boat you have to license, insure and register such boat in some country? Did you know you need to have GPS and Radio communication devices on the boat to sail in International waters? International water doesn’t mean do wherever or whatever you want. like it or not all Caribbean countries are failing to patrol our waters effectively to combat drugs/human trafficking. When you are a coastal guard and you see from far a boat you try to contact them by radio to know why they are sailing close by your waters. If you get No respond from them, (They must respond because they need to follow international rules of sailing to be on the radio frequency of that area) is look suspicious. If you try many times to contact them many times and fail to get respond, and instead you see the boat speeding up fast to move away, then something is going on. USA announce long time ago they are going to patrol the International water close by Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, Colombia, Guyana. They have Lot of surveillance on the sky with Planes, drones flight 24 hours. You are seeing just small video of the moment the boat is being attack, but don’t have access of the whole surveillance of that particular boat. Those boat is used (don’t be naive in this matter) for drugs smuggling. Stop the narrative of Poor fisherman. Those are ridiculous expensive boats. The USA openly announce they are committed to do military actions against Drugs Cartel. I don’t see same narrative inside our countries in the Caribbean? Any Government in the Caribbean are willing to do military actions inside our countries to stop Drugs, Guns, Human trafficking? Or we are going to keep being soft on that matters?
