Gaston for any US Department to be given the authority to sell any property, especially one being sold at AUCTION, the sale must be overseen by the Courts. So which Court, in which District oversaw the auction and sale and through which US Department? Next up why did you, the attorney general and your cabinet amend the maritime laws, to accommodate the confiscation and sale of the Alfa Nero?
Less you forget, whenever, the Americans seize smugglers goods such as money, drugs and personal property in the Caribbean do any Caribbean government receive any of the proceeds?
