What BS? It’s reported that $15 million was stolen during this long running heist of tax payers money.
The Prime Minister says he is not trying to destroy anyone’s business or reputation. That statement is an indication that a cover up is in progress, and you the public are inconsequential

If millions was stolen in this scheme by individuals and businesses; an immediate independent wis not destroying others reputation; it’s about your reputation Mr. Prime Minister.
Your reputation is at stake, not just the individuals and the system that enables this heist of $15 million dollars.
You can not talk your way out of this one Mr. Prime Minister.
Until there is verified account of the amount stolen first; then who got what amounts out of the stolen $15 million.

The Prime Minister asked “If your were in my position what would you do?
First everyone involved who are on the Government’s payroll should be asked to go on leave without pay, and their passport held.

Private businesses involved should be asked to put up a payment bond to cover any margins over costs for all The vehicles involved.

Most important an independent investigation should be initiated immediately.

All culpable individuals should be referred the special DDP and the Government should demand full restoration.
Should any public servant be found innocent, and had absolutely no involvement; they get back pay.
In my view anything less is a cover up of corruption.

Clearly this is not just a recent happening. This graft might have been going on for sometime and the only way to get to the bottom of it is to have a thorough and comprehensive forensic investigation. If we are just gonna allow those who benefitted from this scheme to just repay the taxes that they deprived the government of, we might as well allow all the thieves in 1735 to repay their stolen gains and let them go free. We have to stop rewarding thieves and let them pay for their actions. Government risk giving this scandal a longer life by their inaction and their sheltering of the criminal thieves.

Does anyone know who in his own cabinet indicated that he threw the fraudsters under the proverbial bus? Those in his cabinet themselves must be fraudsters.
