14. This man is an Antiguan deportee from the UK. He is a vagrant who speaks with an English accent and aggressively demands money from everyone. The Police and the Tourism authorities do nothing for years. Last night there were hundreds of cruise ship passengers in town, I assume for home porting and no police presence. We are playing with fire. All of these druggies and vagrants must be taken off the streets. Let’s see where this goes.
