Rosemarie McMaster has died, prompting an outpouring of grief across Antigua and Barbuda for a woman closely associated with one of the nation’s most cherished local brands.

McMaster, the daughter of the founder of Susie’s Hot Sauce, played an instrumental role in protecting and advancing her mother’s vision. Through her stewardship, the brand remained a fixture in Antiguan households and a lasting example of local entrepreneurship and family legacy.

  3. My heartfelt condolences to Esther and all the family. She was a wonderful person, a talker extraordinaire and a great person to dialogue with. Such a remarkable soul was she. Tremendous customer service when she operated the travel agency on High Street. Deeply loved and respected by all.

  5. Condolences to family, friends and business associates of Ms Rosemarie McMaster.

    The Susie’s Hot sauce brand is something all Antiguans should rightly be proud of. I also remember time when the brand was looking to expand and were reaching out to the government help and concessions like many Caucasians have done before and since; yet, she was given short thrift – the video seems to confirm this.

    Hopefully, Susie’s Hot sauce continues to flourish – I still have the special commemorative President Obama one.

  6. 77 years lady beaten with guns in All Saints Villa by by armed bandits suffered severe concussions, internal bleeding and shock. Died in intensive care at Sir Lester Bird Medical Hospital. It is said that the police did not respond until hours after being contacted. It’s now our first Murder for 2026. Please investigate .
