Richard was trying to create cause celebre out of the rental of the rental of a 15,000 square feet pty in which my son has an interest.

The rental agreement was for $1.00 per year for three years. The rent payable would have been $2.2M in three years.

Instead of thanking the lessor for this act of benevolence, he tried to equate the $400K spent by government on the building leasehold improvements as corruption.

The Ministry of Works published the contract and the details of the improvement in response to a request made by Observer.

They even published comparative sums (much larger) spent on smaller private buildings for leasehold improvements, where they had to concurrently pay the rent even before occupancy.

Richard the “ground lizard” then jumped on the band wagon and requested the same information that was already in the public domain.

Richard at the time was seeking the spotlight, to undermine Pringle, as though, he Richard was a more strident fighter, taking the fight to the PM and his family.

He wanted Pringle to promote the same misinformation, so that his (Richard) chances to win the leadership would be enhanced.

Pringle left him to roast in his disinformation and defeated him at the convention.

Now the deceptive “ground lizard” Richard is seeking to blame Pringle for not peddling his disinformation.

Richard has always presented to me as quite a strategic individual. The way how he had subtly undermined the leadership of Jamale Pringle by demonstrating through his regular penned articles which placed the focus on him and his capacity. The way how he approached the ABLP for a diplomatic position and then came out to state that he would never ask for such a role, thus presenting himself as ideally loyal when the entire UPP base had labeled Anthony Smith as a “Judas”.

Someone would question if these actions are another strategic tactic of Richard to make it seem as if he was fighting as the leader he should’ve been elected to be which is contrasting in acts to his now leader.

One thing for sure, Richard is determined to rise like the phoenix and lead the party even if it means to eradicate the entire current leadership to achieve his own goals. One can only assume this as the likely goal after you go only radio and call your leadership incompetent.

A person who craves power and will do anything to achieve the most dangerous man you can ever meet.
