Zambian High Commissioner Presents Credentials to Antigua and Barbuda
Antigua and Barbuda has welcomed the new High Commissioner of Zambia, who presented his credentials to Foreign Affairs Minister E.P. Chet Greene in St John’s.
Minister Greene described the occasion as an important milestone in the relationship between the two nations, first established in 1983. He acknowledged that ties had often been “lukewarm,” limited largely to annual meetings at the United Nations and occasional diplomatic exchanges, but stressed that both Africa and the Caribbean were now committed to strengthening cooperation.
