Hon. Prime Minister please note no Caribbean leader is a global leader. It is extremely foolhardy to say and think you are a global leader. Antigua with a population of one hundred thousand, that is a block of street corner in one of the developed countries. There a people in developed countries who’s budget far exceeds Antigua.

See how he butchered his way in Barbuda using hurricane Irma and police and soldiers armed with ak-47 to kill barbudans and take their lands and empower white people for cash? This man spoke so heartless and visceral saying Barbuda going be a jumby bay on steroids, meaning a white enclave off limit to black natives of the country by going to parliament and provide buffer zone to keep away black people, and have PLH housed the police as their servants to call and lock up duly elected Barbuda council administration personnel.
