This is where I beg to differ- I don’t think you have the legal authority to prevent an investigation into the this scandal wrong. You are talking about corruption across several ministries and agencies. You are talking about people in high government and private positions.

Wow, the person on the phone has power. I couldn’t even get PM Gaston Browne to tell the police and Firearms to speed up the fire arms license (more permanent) adjudication after getting the firearms permit (temporary) and to provide me with the required firearms training or waivers that requirement since I provided them with my firearms training certificate with FBI and local US police training.
I was wanted them to make a decision timely because I had to submit any approval to US Department of Homeland Security to prove that I am well-positioned to advance my proposed endeavor.
My proposed endeavor is a crime, abuse, cruelty and terrorism victim advocacy and research endeavor (focuses on victimization of Americans who are visiting the Caribbean and also focuses on Caribbean nationals who are victims of qualifying crimes while visiting the US).
I had to urgently send in all evidence of progress in my endeavor and had a deadline to submit as much evidence as I can to get the approval. So I begged every single ABLP MP and person, the heads of the police, etcetera to simply expedite adjudication of my application (as they alreasy said it is clear you overly qualify, said former police commissioner in front of the current commissioner and I), the same words from the current AG Benjamin, but then had my case in delay. I begged ABLP to simply request my application to be decided expeditiously after it being delayed for months and every single ABLP MP I got in contact with ignore my request, MP Chet Green, AG Benjamin, but the Prime Minister tell you straight that he is not going to help you and will ignore you (even will tell your aunt that).
I just simply wanted them to use their lawful power to demand/request in the national interest for my applications to be expedited and decided on the merit so that my endeavor will provide locals with a high paying and professional jobs that provides certain victims with access to up to $120,000.00usd in crime victim benefits, US crime victim immigration benefits, US public assistance that includes but not limited to rental assistance, other cash assistance and food stamps, mental health/counseling payments (in some cases up to $12,000usd), etcetera.
This also would give my offices better access to billions of USD (which I already have such access but would show goodfaith even more and expand my clientele).
I intended to hire about between 5 to 50 people to work in Antigua and Barbuda and would require traveling to other Caribbean Islands and even to the US. This is literally what I do and see the urgent need to expand.
About 1 month ago, I got one victim approved for $1800usd per month in rental assistance, $415usd per month in rental assistance, $415usd per month in food stamp, and $89usd in utility bills assistance, and working on the crime victim benefits which could result in this client getting about $60,000usd. She is Guyanese.
While in Antigua, I met numerous folks who would easily qualify and in most cases, there are no statute of limitation or the limitation can be waived or tolled.
This endeavor of mine could bring in hundreds of millions of dollars to the Antigua and Barbuda economy, and prestigious jobs like paralegal, counselors, secretaries/assistants, doctors, nurses, attorneys position, etcetera.
But ABLP said they can’t do something as small as telling the police commissioner and firearms board to expedite my applications knowing I have to independently investigate vicious crimes and present evidence US department of Homeland Security, USCIS, US Department of State, US crime victim funds/board, US terrorism victim funds/board, which such investigation puts me in harm’s way.
To this day I am waiting on a decision by the police commissioner on when I will get the required local firearms training or get it waived as I already have the firearms training and the legal training (certificates submitted). They also have my $500 payment they demanded for the training before my firearms permit they issued me becomes valid (even though they did not say this on the permit issued but only verbally expressed that to me).
I am demanding for the current commissioner to take action and approve my application. I submitted another application with the US government and need these approvals to submit as evidence to show progress of my endeavor to get approval.
I am not looking or wanting money or job from ABLP, I simply want them to push agencies and departments in Antigua and Barbuda to work in a reasonable and fair manner. And even that request from me of ABLP was something they couldn’t do. What PM and MP would ever say to anyone doing something as nationally and internationally important as this that they can’t help, conveying they care nothing for victims, tourist and Antiguans and Barbudans, me and my family. Well ABLP Prime Minister Gaston Browne and ABLP MP’S like Chet Greene, AG Benjamin, MP Joseph, will certainly ignore you. MP Joseph will even ask you to define victims.
ABLP just do not care about the country and they do not care about you, trust me, I have the evidence. There would be about 5 to 10 Bolans Villagers with a job paying them about $1000 to $3000ec a week right now and about 5 to 20 Antiguans making about $1000 to $3000ec and 1 Antiguan making about $100,000usd a month but ABLP stop each and every one of you Bolans Villagers and Antiguan and Barbudan from progressing. I pretty sure their bank account has substantially increased from 2022 when I attempted to start this endeavor in Antigua and Barbuda until today, 2025.
