As far as a layperson like me understands, the litigant for the Alpha Nero super yacht Yulia Guryeva-Motlokhov has instructed her attorneys to access the financial records of our Prime Minister and other officials in the sale of the megayacht that her father left in Antigua.

I watched the two hour love in with ABS and Browne, and revelled in how the PM didn’t realise that ‘less chat is more’.

I can imagine Yulia Guryeva-Motlokhov’s attorneys going through the ABS program with a “legal” fine tooth comb at this very moment to pickup some legalistic golden nuggets.

One of her attorneys Martin De Luca mentioned prior to this one-sided and myopic ABS interview, when he said:

“The financial records will speak for themselves”.

So, again as a layperson, I cannot fathom why Browne would go on ABS television to FLAP he mout’ so for almost two hours.

Yulia Guryeva-Motlokhov’s legal team must be enjoying this potential “Prince Andrew” interview moment with utter glee.
