11. I really hope Pringle has learned a lesson from MP Maria Browne. Their is no Vehicle Scandal in the Public Works Ministry. And even the scandal that was uncovered their is not $15million. As the good Lady said ALL the Vehicles that were purchase ILLEGALY have been returned to the dealer. The other scandal that was exposed was the DUTY FREE scandal. That had nothing to do with the Public Works. That is a fraudulent activity that should have been send to the police for further investigation. But the Cabinet sought it better to seek retribution. Which meant that monies were to be repaid by those involved in the fraudulent activity. Note in many of my previous comments on this issue I stated my view that I don’t agree with this. But the PM knows what he is doing. Even when the John Ash scandal broke and everything lead to the former PM Baldwin Spencer and Mr. Mansoor, the PM refuse to remove their diplomatic immunity. The ABI Scandal also cost us taxpayers $300million and not one of the Directors were held accountable. As per the PM too many of Antiguan top families would be going to 1735. Even when it was exposed that Pringle was submitting very questionable invoices to NSWM for collecting dead dogs, nothing was done. No forensic audit. And so it goes on. The PM protecting the White Collar Crime. While the Blue Collar Crime get no protection.
