Visa Pause

Senior Counsel Anthony Astaphan is saying that the U.S. suspension and tightening of immigrant visa rules has nothing to do with Antigua and Barbuda’s government or the Citizenship by Investment Programme, and everything to do with U.S. domestic immigration policy and enforcement priorities.

  1. Now Mr Asthaphan, if this is so…. How many passports have the Antiguan Government sold and please sir do you care to give a break down as to how much by country? I do not expect you would say anything different… Last count it was approximately 20,000 cip passport holders with 45-51% them being Chinese… Don’t you think that in itself is a pause for concern?
There is more, there is Antiguan and Barbudan Passports being sold Willy nilly not by people who’s characters are quite shady… Not the local brokers but from certain middle East countries who are supposed to be on a banned list that our government put years ago….

So if you want to maintain your credibility please refrain from making such rash statements
