I totally agree with the Honourable Prime Minister. No one should be allowed to run any government institution for more than ten years. When leaders, and I dare say politicians too, are in charge of anything for more than ten years, then they begin to run it as their own “kingdom” and complacency and smugness takes over and all manner of evil happens. It’s also a way to ensure checks and balances are in place and maintained. The same persons are in charge of several Statutory Bodies since Noah built his Ark and this can’t be good. Noone is invincible. Change is a must and we must embrace change as a means of good governance and accountability.
ONDCP need a deputy and shake up too!
