   Firstly you as speaker cannot move motions in the house.
   It must be done by a member and a vote taken.

   A law with exceptions is no law.
   Questions are submitted to the ministers and prime minister before the date of parliamentary sitting.
   If there is absolute need for documentation it is on this occasion.
   The prime minister or minister would have researched his answer and therefore the supporting documents become of absolute importance and necessity.
   So when you make that exception you are hiding your fingernail in which your brain is under some heavy load.
   Take it out.
   Finally, having allowed the MP to reference to a documents that date has passed.
   He is under no obligation to provide supporting documents at any late date or sitting.
   The actions of parliament are public.
   Any correspondence from your office as speaker of the house to an MP are public documents.
   The MP and, if he so wishes, can send it to the Russian press.
   So if you feel aggrieved that he made it to his talk show that’s your loss.
   You were appointed speaker by the labor cabal.
   Be guided not to make any ruling intent on muzzling the opposition that will also have the same effect on the party which brought you in via tbe back door.

   The opposition should draw it to your attention that you cannot be judge, jury and advocate.

7. The Speaker of the House cannot unilaterally expunge a presentation from Hansard. For an entire presentation to be expunged it has to done by a Resolution of the House.

8. UPP politicians need to follow the house rules. They are being paid to represent their constituents in parliament. We need to stop this mediocrity if we are going to grow as a nation. Similarly we don’t have any excuse to have Sir. Robin as a parliamentarian. The gentleman cannot contribute anything anymore to the debate. It is full time to retire him and call a by-election if we are serious and honest about governance in this country.
   So just like I am 100% in agreement with the speaker laying down the rules in Serpent absence, without writing to the speaker. No amount of written excuses for Robin should be accepted. You also should not bring the gentleman to sit in parliament like a robot-fool. To me this is disgraceful and unacceptable and the young people of this country she speak out against such nonsense.
   So why speak of Harold Lovel age . He is in good health, withy and very intelligent. When you have someone still as a parliamentarian that cannot contribute anything.

9. Agree or disagree with what Serpent said, deleting an entire speech from Hansard is censorship, plain and simple. Parliament is supposed to be a place for debate, not erasure.
