    The United Islands of Antigua and Barbuda need to have at least one unit that is somewhat comparable to the CIA, NSA, FBI, SEC, DHS (at least comparable to some 20 to 40% level, in terms of data collection and analysis), to provide these information for decision making for the cabinet and the legislative branch. You can’t continue to decide on the wim like ABLP does.

  7. Based on international law and standard ethical codes for public service, diplomats and other public servants should not be engaged in selling items for government for personal commission. While diplomats are responsible for facilitating commercial relations (commercial diplomacy), they are prohibited from practicing commercial activities for personal profit. The action of this diplomatic is downright wrong and he should tender his resignation immediately. These are the very reasons why this yacht saga continues to grow wings. We simply cannot normalize members of our diplomatic core engaging in these things. This is wrong in every sense and sends the wrong message to every government employee and smacks right in the face of corruption.
