Antigua and Barbuda’s reigning Queen of Carnival, Kia Kirwan, has arrived in St Martin to represent the twin-island nation at the Miss Essence & Mind International Swimsuit Pageant 2025.
The regional competition, set for October 25th at the Aleeze Convention Center, will see contestants from across the Caribbean showcase their beauty, confidence, and island pride. The show begins at 8 p.m. sharp.
Kirwan, who was crowned Ms Antigua and Barbuda Queen of Carnival 2025 earlier this year, said she is honoured to carry her country’s flag on the international stage. “I’m excited to represent Antigua and Barbuda with grace and gratitude and to share our vibrant culture with the region,” she said ahead of the event.
Organisers describe the pageant as a celebration of empowerment, promoting confidence and positive self-expression through fashion and performance.
Tickets are now available for purchase — $25 in advance and $35 regular, with higher prices at the door. They can be bought at Print & Sign Express, Kreative Juices, Van Dorp, and SXM Promotionz Party Rentals.
Fans back home have taken to social media to cheer on Kirwan, sending messages of pride and support as she prepares to compete alongside regional queens.
