Beresford Francis has been remanded to His Majesty’s Prison for breaching his bail conditions.

The 25-year-old resident of Vernons was intercepted at the V.C Bird International Airport by the police, after he attempted to board a flight to London.

The accused was previously granted bail by a magistrate in a matter that is currently before the court. He was ordered to surrender all his travel documents and report to the Parham Police Station every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday between 6 am and 6 pm.

However, around 9:15 pm on Monday, January 20, the accused checked in with another passport on a flight scheduled to depart from Antigua to London around 11:30 pm.

He was taken into custody and his travel documents were seized. He reappeared in court on Tuesday and was remanded to prison.

  1. farmers can sleep better at night now knowing he’s not out here to steal our animals while his vet mother covers up for his dirty work. Wicked boy.

  2. Was that passport in his given name or was he attempting to pass himself off as someonelse? If it was a new passport in his given name, that too needs to be investigated.

  3. Investigate who assisted him in gaining another travel document.

Dont let the matter slide. Police always a draw blank when it comes to Passport drama.

    I wonder Why
