ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

A Professional secretarial diploma from a recognized institution

A Minimum of 4 years experience in a related field

Computer literacy, able to operate and create Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, in addition to Microsoft office email and Word programs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of proficiency in spoken and written English

Must be highly organized and detailed oriented

Must be flexible and able to work under pressure

 

AIR CONDITION TECHNICIAN

3 – 5 years experience in a similar role

Must be familiar with Installation, Troubleshooting, Repairs and Servicing of Split and Multi Split Air Condition Units

Training in VRF Installation would be an asset

 

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF CLINICAL MEDICINE

Ten years of clinical experience in a clinic or hospital setting in the U.S. with an academic affiliation

Three years clinical and/or administrative experience in an international setting

Seven years’ experience in an academic rank of Associate Professor or higher

Seven years’ direct teaching experience in clinical skills and clinical medicine; including history taking, physical exam, clinical presentations and written summary; familiarity of NBME clinical skills exam format

 

ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER

Five years’ experience in managing luxury hotel beverage operations and the ability to maintain the highest quality

Knowledge of first class international resort beverage operation practices;

Demonstrate the ability to train and maintain training program;

Strong motivational skills;

Even-tempered and demonstrate ability to manage stress and work long hours;

Demonstrated knowledge of planning and goal setting;

Effective verbal and written communication skills

 

ASSISTANT FLOOR MANAGER

At lease 3-5 years in a similar role as an Assistant Manager

Good Public Relations skills

Must be flexible

Strong Managerial skills

 

ASSISTANT MANAGER

At lease 3-5 years in a similar role

Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field

Must be Multilingual (Spanish, Italian, French, German, English etc.)

Previous experience in the Hotel Industry

Must be able to work a flexible schedule (to include weekends and holidays)

 

 

CAR WASH ATTENDANT

Two years experience with a valid Driver’s License

Must have good oral & communication skills

 

CASHIER (Supermarket)

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

Secondary School Completion

Ability to clearly speak and understand English

Must be a team-player

 

CHILDCARE ASSISTANT

Experience in hospitality software will be an asset

Any hospitality industry experience will be an asset

Must have excellent English language skills, fluency in one or more additional languages apart from English will be an asset but is not a requirement

Demonstrated previous child-care experience required

Have excellent customer relations skills with a warm, positive, outgoing personality

Must be Computer literate

Must be a team player who is resilient, self-motivated, communicates, well organized, detail oriented and have the ability to work unsupervised

Must be mature and friendly, with a genuine fondness for children

 

EXECUTIVE CHEF

At least 3-4 years’ experience as an Executive Chef at a luxury establishment

Must have excellent knowledge of menu planning, food production, costing and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems.

Knowledge of Asian food is an asset.

 

FERMENTATION OPERATOR

Minimum 1 year experience dealing with fermentation in the distillation process

Minimum 4 CXC and/or O’Levels passes including Biology and/or Chemistry, Mathematics & English

Must be flexible

Strategic thinking skills

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER (RESORT)

Minimum (4) four years’ related experience

Must show strong leadership skills

Must be a team-player & reliable

Must have a strong F&B financial and analyses background

Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills

 

GENERAL MANAGER (RESORT)

At least 4 years’ experience as a General Manager at a luxury establishment

Must have a Degree in Business and /or Hospitality Management and a solid background as a division head including operational management experience in both Rooms and Food and Beverage disciplines.

Knowledge of a second language would be an asset.

 

 

 

 

HEAVY DUTY TRUCK DRIVER

Minimum 3 years experience

Must have a valid Driver’s License

Must have good oral communication skills

Must be flexible and reliable

 

LABOURER

Minimum 2 years experience

Experience in a steel frame-related field

Must be reliable; Must be able to lift and climb

Secondary School Completion

Must have knowledge using tools such sockets, wrench etc.

 

LINERS

At least three years previous sales experience

High School Diploma

Sales experience in the hospitality industry would be an asset.

Must have excellent communications skills

Must be proficient with the MS Office Suite

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

 

MERCHANDISER

Minimum 2 years experience within a wholesale environment

Must have completed Secondary School Education

Must have 5 CXCs including English & Mathematics

Must be computer literate

Must have own vehicle and flexible/able to work on Saturdays

Must be able to lift

Must have prior experience in Sales with excellent communication skills

 

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role

CXC Passes in English and Math (minimum requirement)

Computer literate –   MS Excel, MS Word, Quickbooks

Good Customer service skills

Ability to work unsupervised

Ability to supervise others when necessary

 

PRINCIPAL

First degree with Teacher Training certificate

Minimum of seven years’ experience as a trained teacher with evidence of experience in Education Management

 

PUMP ATTENDANT/CASHIER

At least 1 year in a similar role

Secondary School Completion

Must be honest, reliable, flexible and a team-player

 

RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role

 

SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Wholesale)

Minimum 2 years experience in a wholesale environment

Associate Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field

Experience in Sales, Promotion, Marketing of Spirits or Beer would be an asset

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Excellent Communication Skills

MUST have own vehicle

 

TERMINAL OPERATOR

Minimum 1 year Forklifting experience

Must have a valid Driver’s License

Mechanical Experience

Basic Computer Knowledge

1-3 years experience in similar

Must execute activities related to the operations of the terminal

Must maintain proper functioning of the equipments

Assure product availability for sale

Must be dependable, professional and efficient

 

UNIVERSITY COUNSELOR

Master’ degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related field;

Current certification and/or licensure in the field of Counseling/Therapy;

Excellent communication skills;

Ability to utilize brief solution-focused therapy skills, being cognizant of the goal and scope of practice to support the student toward being a successful medical student;

Ability to empathize with clients;

Ability to leverage internal and external resources as part of a client treatment plan;

Understanding, openness and inclusion of the unique cultural, religious, and gender affiliations that each student brings with them to the counseling session;

Experience writing case notes, assessments and reports to monitor client progress;

Time management, Self-care and Flexibility skills

  1. Thank you for posting these job vacancies. The One Stop Employment Centre (OSEC) is full of crap and need to operates like it ought to. It has in it possession a lot of qualified applicants who are still waiting for a call. Most of these applicants have years of job experience in different field and degree certificates. The person or persons in charge need to go through each applications dropped off by the applicants thoroughly and match with the right vacancies .
