US Ambassador Roger Nyhus and his Embassy team held talks with Antigua and Barbuda’s government officials, including Prime Minister Gaston Browne and Foreign Minister E.P. Chet Greene.
They discussed cooperation opportunities between the countries, covering areas of mutual interest. Ambassador Nyhus also met Governor General Sir Rodney Williams.
During their discussions, Minister Greene expressed gratitude for US support in organizing the SIDS4 conference in St. John’s, including security training for local personnel.
Nyhus expressed satisfaction in aiding Antigua and Barbuda in security matters and supporting the upcoming conference.
