ANTIGUA BARBUDA DEFENCE FORCE SAID: A comprehensive three-day Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law (IHL) training was held at Camp Blizard, bringing together U.S. military professionals from across various branches.

The session, led by Capt. McSpadden and Lt. Magee (U.S. Coast Guard), Capt. Robinson (U.S. Army), and Capt. Osgood (U.S. Air Force), covered vital topics such as protecting civilians in conflict, ensuring the humane treatment of prisoners of war, and the prohibition of targeting non-combatants.

Throughout the training, the importance of adhering to human rights and IHL principles was emphasized, further reinforcing the U.S. military’s unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of conduct in military operations.
