I called Police Headquarters after 11 pm last night, after I saw 2 teenagers riding 2 horses passed John l Martin’s Race Track heading to St John’s. Those very 2 horses for sure. I hope they’re caught and dealt with. The police force needs to get a proper communication system back on track, if crimes are to be solved.
