Latest tropical weather outlook: There remain two disturbances east of the Caribbean.
The one closest to us has retrogressed a bit over the past 24 hrs; however, formation to a tropical depression/storm is at 60% for 48 hrs and also 7 days.
The other one has a 0% chance of formation in 48 hrs and 60% in seven days.
Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Francine is forecast to form in the Gulf of Mexico later today; this is not a threat to the Caribbean.
