Two Charged with Unlawful Possession of Firearm and Ammunition

St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, Wednesday, February 4, 2026

The police have jointly charged Terry Williams and Shanyea Crump, both of Nut Grove, with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant by officers attached to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) Task Force at a premises in All Saints early Monday morning.


During the search, one (1) Ruger 9mm pistol and seven (7) rounds of 9mm ammunition were discovered and seized.

They are expected to appear before the court on Thursday.

  1. My friends, I have been dreading this kind of news. I have been saying this for the last year, when the women start carrying guns the young women will follow. This is such a bad sign. We are now entering the phase of sex and guns, and violence. This is bad for all citizens.

    These young women will be worse than the men, mark my words. Soon you will be reading ” young woman arrested for shooting and/or killing”.

    Its time to stop playing and get to the root of where these guns are coming from. This is by design. There are powerful elements that are behind this, they want this country and they are providing the tools for us to kill ourselves to take it. Our leaders are falling right in line while filling their pockets off our backs. It’s time to get serious with this epidemic guns and violence that is spreading quickly. People are not paid enough despite this country doing so well financially apparently, this is what they are telling us. How come Antiguans are not benefiting, we are living up to trumps saying, “Shit Hole Countries”. Why would anyone want us in there society when they look at how we operate in our own. I know i would not be opening my door to this.
